SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING: 

We believe that every parcel is special and strive to pack and send your Saturn Stationery goodies within 24 hours of receiving your order for all products in stock. Please note that Brisbane metro delivery is usually 2-4 business days, please allow 4-7 business days for Australia-wide delivery outside of Brisbane. We currently mail our products using Australia Post satchels.

 

EXPRESS POST 

Express Post is only guaranteed next day delivery to certain locations throughout Australia. Before choosing the Express Post option, please ensure your location is covered by the Next Day Delivery Network on the Australia Post website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are sent via airfreight services and delivery rates are based upon the weight of goods. These are usually delivered within 10 to 21 working days of postage. 
Note: Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note, international postage timeframes are offered as a guide only, and your location will determine postage timeframes and costs.

 

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

Coupon codes are only valid for retail orders placed online, and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount/s is/are only valid where and when the order is processed through our online checkout. Discounts cannot be credited or edited post checkout. 

 

SHIPPING AND FAILED DELIVERIES DISCLAIMER

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit. 

It is the responsibly of the buyer to ensure that they have entered their address correctly. In the instance that a buyer submits an incorrect undeliverable address, or provides an incorrect address that gets accepted by someone other than themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within suitable time, this is an error on the buyers behalf and Saturn Stationery cannot be deemed responsible. 

In the instance of one of these or a similar event and the parcel is returned back to us, it is the buyers’ responsibility to pay any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.

 

RETURNS

Please choose carefully, unfortunately refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind.

If any item(s) ordered online is unavailable for shipping, Saturn Stationery will notify you via email or phone and discuss options available including alternate product options or notice of expected delivery. All Saturn Stationery notebooks are packed carefully with love and care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at hello@saturnstationery.com within 48 hours of your package arrival and we will endeavor to minimise any inconvenience as best we can. Please note the following return conditions:

  1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. 

  2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 

  3. Email us at hello@saturnstationery.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 

  4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Bespoke Letterpress can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
